About Henrik Færch

Henrik Færch is Director, Business Development, as well as Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Damasec Global Group. He has extensive experience in international business development, defence and security, Mine Action, EOD and physical protection, and throughout his career has combined technical and operational expertise with business development and leadership.

Henrik has a 16-year military background with the Danish Armed Forces and is qualified to EOD and IEDD Level 3+. His military career included specialist and instructor roles, as well as five years as Head of Operations of the Danish IEDD Response Unit.

Henrik co-founded Damasec Global Group in 2008 and served as CEO until the end of 2023. Today, as Director, Business Development, his primary focus is on developing new business opportunities, strategic customer and manufacturer relationships, and major projects across the Group’s specialist business areas.
